Dean’s® Dairy Dip

Cheesy Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 (12-ounce) tub Dean’s Cheddar Cheese Dip
  • Choice of pretzels, toasted baguette slices, vegetables, pita chips, crackers, bagel chips or tortilla chips for dipping
Directions:

Cook spinach according to package directions.  Drain well, squeezing and pressing spinach to remove most of the moisture.  Place spinach in 1 ½-quart microwave-safe dish.  Chop artichoke hearts; add to spinach along with cream cheese cubes.  Microwave on high 1 minute; stir well to combine. 

Stir in Dean’s Cheddar Cheese Dip.  Microwave on high at 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until ingredients are blended and warmed through.  Serve immediately with choice of dippers.
